Pings - Type and Location

So I think my first post of this didn't post properly. Pings. I was running support bottom and their Kat who had been top lane consuming the flesh of our Teemo repeatedly suddenly shows up without TP. She'd just meandered down to our lane because she had crushed Teemo and was bored and had a lot of time to spare roaming the entire length of the map. Not that I'm bitter. In the moment I didn't check to see if I had missed Teemo's warning ping or if the feeding rat had failed to notify us. This only bothered me well after the game had concluded, but of course I couldn't go back and see it. Is that something we could allow to be viewed in the Map? The pings and the type would be interesting to see if your team communicated effectively or not.
